Howard Barto, CLU, ChFC

Howard entered the insurance and financial services planning profession in 1973 and holds an M.S. in Financial Services from The American College, Bryn Mawr, PA.  He is also graduate  (B.A.) of the University of California, Riverside.   Howard is certified as a Chartered Financial Consultant, and is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor  Representative with Ameritas Investment Company, LLC (AIC) and Ameritas Advisory Services (AAS), Lincoln, Nebraska. He is certified as a Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table, an international organization of financial service Professionals, and he has been associated with David White &  Associates, a full-service financial services firm in San Ramon, CA since 1973.

Howard focuses on working with Business Owners and Professionals by assisting them in developing strategies for their personal financial planning dilemmas.  He has also developed insurance and financial planning programs for members of the California Judges Association, and has worked closely with the members of California's Judiciary since 1992.

Howard resides in Danville, CA.
